The Massena Museum, the Promenade or the invention of a city

Built between 1899 and 1901 the villa Massena is a villa who belongs to the classic neo style. The french Front populaire gives many holidays and the tourism becomes more democratic. this democratization will involve new type of building (cheaper) and a birth of a new cultural spare - time (jazz, rock, rap). Now the purpose of the major of Nice is to classify the Promenade des Anglais into the patrimony of the humanity.
