Exhibition at The Villa Paloma from September 23, 2016 to January 8, 2017, 56 boulevard du Jardin Exotique, Monaco, open everyday from 10am to 6pm, fee : 6  €.

Three artistic entities from Monaco the NMNM, the Pavillon Bosio and the Monaco school of Fine Arts propose a reflection about the links that exist between dancing and contemporary art. Dancing is the way to move the human body towards movements punctuated by the music.Nine contemporary artists inspire themselves by the rhythm of the bodies for showing the links. This collaboration is built in three times. The gesture of the dancers is analyzed by the artists because the gesture (ritualized, sophisticated) means a story. During the second time the dancers invite the public to go on stage for dancing with them. The dancers give advises and explain how to dance. At the end a debate named "the body in dancing" associate the dancers and the people for speaking about the importance of the body in dancing.
