Gustav Metzger, remember nature exhibition

Exhibition at the MMACA (Museum of modern art and contemporary art), from the 11th of February to the 14th of May, Place Yves Klein, 06000 Nice, open everyday except Monday from 11am to 6pm, fee : 10 €.

Gustav Metzger follows an artistic and activist way under the sign of the urgency. Deeply touched by the mass destruction, the tensions involved by the cold war, the increase of nuclear weapons and the ecologist disaster Gustav Metzger wants to wake up the people. He invents and promote the self destructive art. This art interrogate itself and shows the power given to the men for accelerating the destruction of the nature. Metzger extends his reflection to the modern mass medias.
