Influenced by the Japan and his culture (the Shokkei) Dominique Ghesquière makes some installations for reproducing or ameliorating the nature. For making that she takes some elements from the nature or creates more sophisticated elements. Dominique Ghesquière suggests trees, grass or underlines the Icare myth. Dominique Ghesquière questions herself about the part playing by men in the nature destruction. The trees, the grass and the stones stay fragile and the bird freedom symbol seems to be so vulnerable.
