Seund Ja Rhee, retrospect

The Korean artist Seund Ja Rhee uses her own culture mixes with the French open mind for making. Living in Tourettes - sur - Loup since 1970 until her death in 2009 she has produced many art works and participated to 300 exhibitions. Seund Ja Rhee painted under the advises of Yves Brayer, sculpted with Ossif Zadkine, printed with Stanley William Hayter made ceramic with Robert and Michèle Perrot and mosaic with Ricardo Licota. Seund Ja Rhee was a friend of Michel Butor the New Roman leader who succeeded to mix art and writing.
