The daily life of the youth living in the district of the Meaux city is ponctuated by police humiliations and jobless. Four young friend take the decision putting together all their competences for building a new life.They have the purpose to follow the example of the famous french actor Omar Sy but they must resolve many problems. Firstly they should prove to movie professionals that young actors from inner city are good. Secondly they need money for buying the material (camera, ...) and find the inspiration for writing the script. But these four young men will succeed to direct their own movie by using their intelligence.
