The memory and the sea

Entre | Deux, Rébecca François, Lélia Décourt, Exhibition from November 10, 2018 to January 11, 2019 at the Nice Masséna Caisse d'Epargne, 6 Masséna square, open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8.30 am to 12 am and from 1.30pm to 5pm, Thursdays from 8.30am to 12am and from 2.30am to 5pm, Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30am, admission free.

The dictionaries give all the same succinct definition of the sea because they assimilate it to some large areas communicating together or places where people are spending their holidays during summer time. The Entre | Deux exhibition attract rather itself to dreams or tragedies because there is so many stories inside these large water areas. For understanding the exhibition the visitor must follows three axes. First the human being living in a sea universe around the perception , the poetry and the swimming esthetic. After the memory and the imagination are solicited towards fishing tools and at the end the artists attract themselves with the sea flow towards videos and pictures. Finally this exhibition oscillate between imagination, romantism and stories.
