The mason from Nice Georges Lauro keeps for a long time a special link with art. His important artistic activity materializes itself towards drawings made with black ink and pencil who have been exhibited by the Chave art gallery since 1976 and together in the big 1999 retrospect. Georges Lauro uses also wood for making totems. His personal way of making art keeps the attention of famous writers like Michel Butor who has written the prefaces of the 1979 and 1980 exhibitions.
