The Ra'anan Lévy exhibition idea is coming to Adrien Maeght by a surprising way. For the first time he heards speaking about the artist during a travel inside a taxi with an executive member of the Maillol Museum. Then he decides to visit the Ra'anan Lévy studio and after to exhibit him. Ra'anan Lévy improves the obsession to catch the tracks let by human being on daily objects for questioning the time fugacity. The Ra'anan Lévy adventure begins in 1973 after his military service in Tsahal. He leaves his family for following studies at the Academia di Bella Arti (Roma) and at the Santa Reparata Graphic Art Center (Florence). Ra'anan Lévy learns also sculpting inside the Florence Tovarelli studio. The Maeght Foundation exhibition shows to the audience the Ra'anan Lévy making. He concentrates himself on the audience understanding with clear and wild colors for being the witness of an escaping reality.
