The Bonnard Museum proposes discovering again the Bonnard masterpieces after several closing months. Influenced by Gauguin and the prints he makes living snapchats by simplifying forms. His way of making anticipates the moving from figurative art to abstract art. The art world begins to be interested by him when he does the posters for the "France Champagne" advertising and also the "Revue Blanche" at the end of the 19th century. The audacity of his sketch and his shiny colors help him to become famous. Bonnard will apint the Paris avenues, Montmartre and his wife Marthe proving that he belongs to those who succeed to paint the women bodies. He build so a connection between sensual pleasures, something new and objects who underline may be the lonelyness of men. Bonnard finds the place he is looking for when he buys a house in Le Cannet. There he invents new forms and colors twisting with daily life. After eighty years old Bonnard follows new goals because he wanted to come back to the begining and also to learn more.
