The poet, film maker and novelist Pier Paolo Pasolini has deeply influenced the Italian political and cultural life until his bloody murder on a beach near the city of Ostie in 1975. The today exhibition follows the goal explaining the Pasolini thinking and arouses new generations interesting a lot about his singular universe. Pasolini keeps watching with irony the Italian economic changings during the 1950's and the 1960's and makes the critic of institutions, politics, social classes, consumption and conformism. He doesn't spare the students calling "father's sons" pretending making the revolution without knowing the meaning of the word. But Pasolini improves a huge respect about religion and stays conservative on abortion. He uses pellicula and film making as favourite medias and would like social networks if he didn't passe away too early. His movies deals with religion ("Salo or the 120 days of Sodom", "The gospel according to St Matthews", "Theorem", "Medea") and marquis de Sade novels but the film critics underline too many sexual scenes including in considering them as X rated movies. At the begenning of the 1970's Pier Paolo Pasolini investigates about the oil industry in Italy among others the strange missing of the ENI manager Enrico Matteï inside a plane accident in October 1962. The result of his investigations would be a book names "Petrolio" but his assassination stops everything.
