Ugo Schiavi, the midnight zone

The artist Ugo Shiavi takes the control of the abattoir big hall for building an immersive installation talking about the abyssal erea under 4000 meters. In this place the sun light doesn't penetrate anymore and very strange animals live there. Ugo Schivi uses glass and elements coming from industries for creating these magical and luminescent kind of molluscs. Moving in a dark universe punctuated by videos tapes and sounds these animals arouse us to let our imaginations playing from mythologies to science - fiction.
