Rose Jeanne Anaïs Edelmira Anitolina Nin known as Anaïs Nin becomes to be famous after the publishing of her famous seven volumes diary between 1966 to 1981 speaking about love, passion, creativity, sex and freedom. Her intimate diary will be printed in two times. The both with sexual scenes expurgated first and including these scenes second will be a success. Borns in 1903 from a pianist father (Jacques Nin) and a singer mother (Rose Calmel Nin) Anaïs Nin works as mannekin and get married with the banker Hugh Parker Guilar. The couple lives in Paris where Anaïs spends her time in many sexual relationships with Arthur Miller, Antonin Arthaud, Gore Vidal and other people. She doesn't hesitate to take LSD discribing the experience in the sixth diary volume. Anaïs Nin ends her life awarded at the Philadelphia College of Arts (1972) and member of the National Institute of Arts and Letters (1974). "Anaïs Nin, vivre sans entraves" tries to answer to a simple question : who is Anaïs Nin ? But It doesn't succeed to do totally that. The writer refuses to be reduced to a picture and stands imperceptible. The audience imagines her as a kept woman by a rich husband then she wants to live free and also helping people. The monumental and labyrinthine works of Anaïs deals with her opening lies for breaking explanations. Anaïs Nin distroyes codes and morality the more she can specially when she writes about her abortion. Her attitude seems to be irritating for some people but we never forget that she has been the victim of a paternal incest during her childhood. An inconstant father she loves leaving her mother and her brothers she meets again twenty years after. The Anaïs Nin works stays famous in generations because it owns freedom with passion.
