Between 1934 and 1952 Orson Welles contribute a lot for some radio phonic shows. These contributions show us that Welles a Shakespeare actor can also be a famous radio newscaster. These contributions are in their highest level with the adaptation of the H.G.Wells novel "The war of the worlds" in October 1938 on CBS but few persons know that Welles uses his own radio program in October 1946 for speaking about the social issues of the day. He focuses his speech on the police brutalities against the African -American people and promoted also the beginning of the Civil rights movement. The Orson Welles speeches of 1946 stay actual with the killings of young African - Americans and the racists speeches of Donald Trump.
