A twelve years old girl names Neneh full of life and owning a strong personality follows the will integrating the famous Opera de Paris as classic danser among girls coming from the Paris upper society. In spite of the septicism of her mother and the hostility of the opera director she becomes to be danser with her pink afro cutting and her senegalese roots. The film maker Ramzi Ben Slimane speaks with subtility about the integration ambiguities  with of people coming abroad using his knowledge of film directing and dancing background too. The young Oumy Bruni Garrel is really a talented actress moving among a cruel world representated by the woman director but supported by the ballet master performing by Richard Sammel.
